Personalized Csteps Merch

1. How can I place an order for personalized merch? To place a personalized order, simply navigate to the product you would like in the custom merch tab.  From there, you can select the product you'd like to personalize and follow the prompts to customize it to your liking.

2. What customization options are available? We offer a variety of customization options including choosing your preferred design color, adding personalized text or graphics.

3. How long does it take to receive my custom order? Production time for custom orders typically ranges from 2 to 7 days depending on the complexity of the customization and our current order volume. Once your order is produced, shipping times may vary but generally take between 2 to 7 days for delivery.  If you need an order sooner please reach out to us.  cstepsmerch@gmail.com

4. Can I preview my custom design before placing my order? While we are not able to provide a live viewing as uploaded images need to be transferred into art, we will send you a proof via email for final approval prior to going to print.  We do allow you to make one modification to your final design if need be.  Any additional modifications to your design above the one included adjustment is at additional time and cost to you.

5. What if I have specific design requests or questions about customization? If you have any specific design requests or questions about customization please include it in the designated box upon ordering, or feel free to reach out to us . We're here to help make your vision a reality and answer any questions you may have along the way.  Additional time and expense may apply.

6. Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders? Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders and team purchases. Contact our sales team for more information on pricing and customization options for large orders.  Minimum of 25 items are required for bulk orders.

7. What is your return policy for custom merchandise? Due to the personalized nature of custom merchandise, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are defective or there was an error in customization. Please review your design carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.  Please also review your final proof for accuracy.  Orders will not be sent to print until final approval via email has been given by you.

8. Can I track the status of my custom order? Yes, once your custom order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order and monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

9. Do you offer rush processing for custom orders? Yes, we offer rush processing for an additional fee for those who need their custom orders expedited. Please contact our customer service team for more information and to discuss rush processing options.

If you see a design you like in our store that you would love to have personalized that is not listed under the custom items please reach out to us and we will see if we can make it happen.  Additional time and expense may apply.
